The Exhibit: 
This exhibition is the intersection of science and art. All entries should consider science in some respect. Examples could be art based on scientific research, done in collaboration with scientists, or a grown-up/artistic version of a prize winning science fair experiment.

Shipping Artwork:
Include return postage or shipping fees and sturdy, reusable packing materials clearly labeled with your name and telephone number. Framed works requiring glass must use plexiglass. Do not use styrofoam packing peanuts. Shipments of artwork will be accepted September 23 – 27. Hand delivered work will be accepted September 26 – 27, 11am-4pm.

Sales:
Visual Art Exchange will retain a commission of 30% for VAE members, 50% for non-members on all work sold during the exhibit. All entries will be handled with the best care possible, but VAE is not responsible for loss or damage of any cause. By entering into this show, the artist agrees to abide by all rules and regulations as set by exhibition guidelines.
